Michele is an Associate at Steer with 12 years of experience leading transaction advisory assignments in support of investors, vendors and lenders at a wide range of airports worldwide and supporting airport operators with expansions, financing and business plans, including traffic, revenues and opex forecasting.
As an expert in managing air traffic forecast studies and airport transaction projects in North and Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa, his work extends from developing and supervising demand and revenue forecast models to management and review of financial models and continuous support to airport operators on their day-to-day needs.
At Steer, Michele leads the Aviation Demand Forecast team in North America from Steer’s Washington, D.C., office. In addition, he works closely with the Latin American and European teams at Steer to deliver aviation projects across the globe for our private and public clients.
Over the last few years, he has managed advisory assignments for airport expansion projects in Chile and Peru, led aviation transactions in Italy, managed air traffic and revenues advisory assignments in the U.S, and worked with regulatory authorities on aviation policy advisory assignments.
