Steer led a multi-disciplinary team of consultants to develop a range of projects for Ruislip Manor high street to help regenerate this important local centre with support from the Mayor’s Regeneration Fund.
The project helped strengthen the local identity based on the Metroland heritage, create an attractive and sociable streetscape, and better integrate local facilities in a coherent way.
Our team designed the streetscape improvements to detailed design, undertook stakeholder engagement and public consultation, provided branding advice and facilitated meanwhile use and the opening of a pop-up shop.
